United StatesToo small, no returnable
Our dog fit the description for the XL puffer jacket but it arrived and is way too small. I suspect the size is mismarked on it. I could not even get both of her paws into it. I reached out but was told it’s nonrefundable due to COVID19. Very disappointing.
